Whether it’s breakfast service, health care, events or workplaces, filter coffee holds its own in the out-of-home market alongside other coffee specialities — provided it is freshly prepared. With the Melitta® Cafina® CT8-F fully automatic filter machine, you’re always on the safe side. It grinds and brews fresh filter coffee whenever you need it — up to 500 cups per hour.

Quality and variety

Aromatic, enjoyable filter coffee, always whole beans freshly ground, brewed in small batches. With two bean containers and two grinders, you can offer two types of coffee in parallel.

Strong performance for large quantities

Sudden rush? With two bean containers for 1.6 kg of coffee beans each, a practical warming holder and a spout extension for jug-filling, you are prepared for anything. At the same time, up to 80L of hot water can be dispensed for tea.

Less effort

Once programmed, freshly brewed filter coffee is available all week. In the digital weekly planner, you can set times and quantities so the CT8-F brews only as needed, preventing long holding times in the warmer.

Ready for any situation: The weekly planner adjusts brewing as needed, avoids long holding times in the warmer and schedules cleaning automatically.

Warming holder

Expecting high demand for fresh filter coffee? The warming holder lets you prepare several cups in advance, reducing waiting times for your guests.

Clean in Place (CIP®)

It couldn't be easier: the fully automatic cleaning of the brewing and milk system takes place directly in the machine. Nothing needs to be removed or disassembled. A clean, fast, safe and hygiene-certified process.
