The Aroma Perfect brewing group opens automatically and flexibly. In this way, it achieves very good quality even with different quantities of coffee. An integrated stop concept always closes the brewing group at the right angle – there is no tilting. 

 

Latte Art Steam

The Latte Art Steam steam wand enables fully automatic frothing of milk and milk alternatives, with the help of a temperature sensor, the process automatically stops when the desired target temperature is reached. For the perfect milk foam consistency, the air admixture can be adjusted. 

 

Patented micro fine screen

Innovative technology for full aroma development! Finest sieve geometry for improved crema and perfectly rounded taste. In addition, coffee residues in the cup are a thing of the past - for your guests, this means enjoyment until the last sip.

 

Heating management

Automatic monitoring and adjustment of the temperature in the boiler. For each individual brewing group, it is possible to adjust the water temperature individually for the desired extraction. In case of irregular use, the portafilter machine switches to eco mode and lowers the boiler temperature. Water and electricity consumption are thus reduced.

Cafina®

When selecting the product on the display of the coffee grinder, it transmits the desired product to the espresso machine. After the fresh beans have been ground into the appropriate portafilter, only the desired beverage is released for production on the display of the espresso machine when the portafilter is inserted into any brewing group.
