"Bake your day" with bread, salt and caffè corsini

The enjoyment with white gold is excellently complemented by a brown one from Italy. The Selezione Elite from Caffè Corsini is freshly ground and prepared on the 2-group Cafina portafilter. There are 9 coffee specialties to choose from, including Espresso Doppio and Espresso Macchiato Doppio.

Coming and going in Münster

High above the city, in the "Café 1648", service technician Guido Tegelkamp has his successor Christoph Schäper at his side. Together, they look for the Melitta® Cafina® XT8 fully automatic coffee machine, which has dispensed around 30,000 products in one year here on the 11th floor of the Stadthaus.

Which espresso would you like?

The classic espresso is made from dark roast beans with a certain Robusta content and may taste more bitter and chocolatey-nutty. Now, however, 100% Arabica, light roasts and thus fruitier notes are currently the order of the day for other coffee specialties and preparations.

Coffee enjoyment meets listening pleasure In the Elbphilharmonie and Laeiszhalle concert halls. The foyer gastronomy and backstage area are equipped with a total of 33 professional fully automatic coffee machines and filter coffee machines from the XT series, including accessories such as milk refrigerators, cup warmers and coffee carriers.
