Espresso Tonic

The full-bodied espresso meets cool tonic water in a wonderfully refreshing way.

 

Ingredients:

180 ml tonic water

1 espresso, freshly brewed

2-3 ice cubes

Lemon slice, optional

 

Servings:

1

 

Preparation:

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in tonic water.
  3. Slowly pour freshly brewed, slightly cooled espresso into the glass over a spoon.
  4. Garnish with a slice of lemon - your summer coffee is ready!
