What do I need the Melitta® ONSite app for?
The Melitta® ONSite app is the mobile extension of the Melitta® INSIGHTS portal. With the help of the app, you can also gain insight into the status of your coffee machines on the go. Since the app is only intended to fulfil an information function, it is not possible to make changes or download reports to the full extent of the portal.
How do I get access to the app?
The Melitta® ONSite app is part of the Professionals package. Accordingly, you will only get access to the app if you are an INSIGHTS Professional customer. As a Professional customer, you can first download the app to your smartphone or iPad and then log in with your familiar INSIGHTS credentials (email and password).
What functions does the app have?
With the help of the Melitta® ONSite app, you can keep an eye on your coffee machines at all times. Thanks to push notifications, you will be informed directly about current warnings and events. In addition, you can view the status of each machine and the fill levels of each component (beans/instant/milk). In addition, there is the possibility to report problems directly from the app. There is a ready-made template for this that already contains the most important information.
Why doesn't the "Report a problem" button work?
To use the "Report a problem" function, you must have an email client (Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail...) installed on your device that the app can access.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
If you don't receive any notifications, then you probably haven't activated them yet under the "Settings" menu item.
In this case, you must first configure the push notification to allow or receive notifications.
