Combining made easy:
With a width of only 18 centimetres, the Aroma System fits elegantly to the right side of the fully automatic machine, and five beverage bottles are securely held in the pull-out bottle carrier. A gas strut raises the carrier's pump module, making room for convenient connection of favorite flavors. A hose connection is available for each bottle, each weighted down with a small cone that also serves as a bottle cap. Each hose is equipped with its own peristaltic pump and runs inside the fully automatic machine as another single-type line to the end of the central outlet. There, coffee, milk, milk foam, hot water, cocoa and up to five aromas flow separately from each other in their own pipes into the container underneath. For many delicious mix ideas at the touch of a button.
Blend automatically
The Melitta® Cafina® XT Aroma System expands your fully automated beverage variety with up to five different flavours for many new mix ideas at the touch of a button. Like all other components, the desired additions are simply programmed to the recipe. One touch on the selected drink on the display is all it takes for the central spout to dose all components precisely and reliably according to the recipe.
Free choice
The dream mix can be prepared individually on the touch display: by selecting the desired components individually or with just one touch on one of the previously programmed mixed drinks. The aroma varieties are conveyed to the outlet by individual hoses. The touch display of the Melitta® Cafina® XT series sets no limits here: several hundred product recipes can be stored and displayed graphically or photorealistically in various variants.
More diversity
Vanilla, cinnamon, strawberry, salty caramel, basil, amaretto, roasted hazelnut? Numerous syrup flavours add new variants to the range of beverages. For coffee specialities, milkshakes, coffee, cocoa or milk foam cocktails with and without alcohol or even iced tea, the Melitta® Cafina® XT aroma system opens up new mixing ideas at the touch of a button. Five syrup or beverage bottles can be connected to the XT5 to XT8 fully automatic coffee machines from Melitta Professional with the slim module.
Less effort
The XT Aroma System is remarkably easy and safe to clean: Pull out the bottle carrier, insert the cleaning container into the carrier, insert cleaning tabs, reinsert the carrier - and the automatic cleaning of the system, including all five lines, can be started on the touch display. Once the cleaning has started, it runs fully automatically. Further interventions are no longer necessary.

The boiling point is not the right brewing temperature for every type of tea. With the Melitta® Cafina® XT180 hot water dispenser, you can conveniently adjust the temperature and portion as desired on the touch display: for cups or jugs, or manually for individual quantities.
