All the art of coffee Made in Tuscany

In the philosophy of Caffè Corsini, passion is combined with quality, innovation, ethical action and constant research. The coffee beans come from different parts of the world. They are selected with great care on journeys in search of pure blends: from the highly prized Jamaica Blue Mountain to Hawaii, from the unique Cornwell Farm plantation located at 1,500 m to the center of the so-called Kona Coffee Belt. And further: Sumatra, Colombia, Brazil, India, to the wild coffee from the Harenna Forest in Ethiopia, a Slow Food Presidio location.

In addition to a selection of raw materials of the very best quality, we can also boast of the best coffee roaster in Italy: Michele Anedotti, who transforms the beans into Corsini coffee.

Anedotti is a professional who grew up at Caffè Corsini; for over 20 years, he has been responsible for quality control: from the roasting profiles to the raw material. In 2019 he won the title of best coffee roaster in Italy at the Italian Coffee Roasting Championship, which took place in Rimini as part of SIGEP. He then flew to Taiwan.

Coffee is a fruit of our earth. It grows in areas that deserve our protection. Caffè Corsini is committed to the fight against climate change and the waste of resources. Caffè Corsini pays particular attention to the preservation of the growing areas and the protection of the environment and the local population that processes the coffee, and is committed to environmental sustainability and renewable energies.

It was the first Italian company to reduce particulate matter emissions into the atmosphere to zero, equipping a plant area of 6000 m² with photovoltaic panels that cover 35% of the energy needs of the production.

At Caffè Corsini, emphasis is placed on extensive, toxin- and pesticide-free cultivation. Attention is also paid to the natural planting cycle and, above all, to those plantations where the people who work there are respected.

To counter the impact of the products on the environment, there is an important innovation in the field of coffee capsules: a compostable alternative that is 100% recyclable.

Finally, the materials we mainly use, paper, cardboard and plastic, are all returned to the recycling cycle.

The Art of Coffee – Made in Tuscany

The family business Caffè Corsini comes from Tuscany and grew there.

Founded in 1950 in Arezzo by Corsino Corsini - as a small, innovative coffee factory: on the upper floor the green coffee warehouse, then the roasting and on the ground floor the sale of roasted, ground and locally packaged coffee - Caffè Corsini has become one of the leading coffee roasters in Italy, the largest in central Italy, under the management of Silvano Corsini (until 1999) and Patrick Hoffer.

"Made in Tuscany" is more than just a label for Caffè Corsini. Behind this is the profile of a region that is characterised by a fascinating cultural landscape and urban centres, by appreciative tradition and constant innovation. Three generations of work, knowledge and passion of a family business. Always attentive to tasting. Finding faults, balancing, roasting, grinding, always inspired by the aromatic smell of coffee.
