Implementing the new coffee concept at Sprint was not without its challenges. Thorsten describes two major challenges: "Firstly, we had to standardize the Sprint coffee concept and adapt it to the individual needs of each location. This meant that we had to go on site to see which machine concepts would fit into the coffee concept. The other challenge was that we had to roll out the concept at Costa Coffee in a very, very short time. We managed to do this together within 15 working days."
