Espresso Tonic
The full-bodied espresso meets cool tonic water in a wonderfully refreshing way.
Ingredients:
180 ml tonic water
1 espresso, freshly brewed
2-3 ice cubes
Lemon slice, optional

Preparation:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in tonic water.
- Slowly pour freshly brewed, slightly cooled espresso into the glass over a spoon.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon - your summer coffee is ready!
