MP Connect Leadership Workshop

We are excited to meet you all in person for the first Workshop in Damp!

​​​​​​​For the first time in MPCS history, you will have the chance to connect with all MPCS Leaders from around the world.

Over the 3 days, we will focus on some fundamental topics to fill our MPCS vision and ambition with life and to expand our business model as System Solution Partner (SSP):

  • What leadership culture and principles do we need at MPCS to implement our vision and strategy?

  • How can we anchor customer centricity as an essential element of our strategy in our organization?  

This will support you in following up with your colleagues to develop the activities you need in your area of responsibility.
We will share some more information closer to the event here and you will be able to access all documents during and after the event.

Marco shared with you his examples of a worse & best customer experience. Reflect on your own customer experiences that you’ll make for the upcoming weeks. Those can be private or business experiences. 
Collect those examples until the event, take notes and bring the best one to the session.

To be well prepared for the workshop, we would like you to do the following: Take a few minutes to reflect on the question: How would you personally describe your leadership style today?  

Get an external perspective by asking 3 colleagues and/or team members : How would you describe my leadership style today?   

Organizational Things

General Info

  • Please perform an antigen test (not older than 24 hours) or a PCR test (not older than 72 hours) before W'store starts.
  • The workshop will be held in German & English
  • Please send special dietary requirements to Michaela Schmidt by May 13th.

Travel

  • Arrival and departure please organize by yourself, arrival 21.6. until 12:30
  • Hamburg is the closest airport to our location
  • Departure on 24.6. after breakfast - there are no official agenda items for this day
  • Travel bookings please keep flexible - we are still in a pandemic situation
